Store Policies

30-day returns. If you're not happy with your bandana, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.

Return conditions:

• Item must be unused, unworn, and free of pet hair or odor
• Item must be in its original condition
• Customer pays return shipping
• No restocking fee

To start a return, contact us through our contact form with your order number. We'll reply with the return address and instructions.

Exchanges: Because every bandana is one-of-a-kind, we don't offer direct exchanges — no two items are identical. If you'd like a different bandana, simply return the original for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or does not match the listed measurements, contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos and we'll cover return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement. For measurement issues, please include a photo of the item next to a tape measure.

Non-delivery: If your order is not delivered, contact us within 30 days of purchase and we'll review the tracking and make it right.

Full refunds are issued in the following circumstances:

• Change-of-mind returns received within 30 days of delivery in original, unused condition (customer pays return shipping)
• Item not delivered within 30 days of purchase (with valid tracking showing no delivery)
• Incorrect item sent (must provide photo proof)
• Item arrives damaged or defective (must provide photos within 5 days of delivery)
• Item does not match the listed measurements (must provide photos within 5 days of delivery, including a photo of the item next to a tape measure)

Shipping fees: Original shipping is non-refundable on change-of-mind returns. For damaged, defective, incorrect, or measurement-issue items, we refund both the item price and original shipping. If the order is cancelled before shipment, a full refund including shipping will be issued.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item (or of confirming the claim for damaged/incorrect orders) and issued to your original payment method.

Processing Time: 1-3 business days after payment confirmation

Shipping Method: USPS Ground Advantage (2-5 business days)

Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can also track your order anytime using our order tracking page.

Shipping Locations: We currently only ship within the United States (all 50 states).

Refunds & Cancellations: Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has shipped. If an order is cancelled before shipment, shipping will be refunded in full.

Note: Delivery times are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed. ThreadNWags is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Response Time: We reply within 2-3 business days. As a small shop, replies are batched during the week.

Each bandana is handcrafted and unique. While we strive for consistency, slight variations in fabric placement, stitching, and appearance are normal and part of the handmade process.

Product photos are representative samples. The exact item you receive may vary slightly in appearance while matching the listed measurements.

Each listing shows the exact neck size range and drop length for that specific item.

Information We Collect:

• Name and shipping address
• Email address for order confirmation and tracking updates
• Payment information (processed securely through Stripe - we never see or store your card details)

How We Use Your Information:

• Process and fulfill your order
• Send shipping updates and tracking information
• Respond to customer service inquiries

Data Sharing: We only share your information with third parties necessary to fulfill your order (USPS for shipping). We never sell or share your data for marketing purposes.

Data Security: Your information is stored securely and transmitted using industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS).

Your Rights: You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Order records will be retained for 7 years for tax purposes.
