All sales are final. Each bandana is handcrafted and made with care specifically for your pet.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues. Please carefully review our size guide before ordering.

Exception: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue.

Refunds are only issued in the following circumstances:

• Item not delivered within 30 days of purchase (with valid tracking showing no delivery)
• Incorrect item sent (must provide photo proof)
• Item arrives damaged (must provide photos within 48 hours)

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Processing Time: 1-2 business days

Shipping Method: USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days)

Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

We currently only ship within the United States.

Business Hours: We process messages Tuesday and Thursday evenings.

Note: We are a small artisan shop. To maintain quality and allow time for creating your beautiful bandanas, we limit our communication hours. Thank you for understanding.

Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After this time, your order enters production and cannot be cancelled.

To request cancellation, use the contact form immediately after placing your order.

We collect only the information necessary to fulfill your order:

• Name and shipping address
• Email for order updates
• Payment information (processed securely through Stripe)

We never share your information with third parties except as necessary to fulfill your order (shipping carrier).
